I was just in New York for a brief spell and I went and saw the Tim Burton exhibition. It was absolutely fantastic – his illustrations have such life and quickness of thought – you can just see the sparks flying around in his head (and strange ones they are at that!)
If you have a chance go check it out, MoMA til April 26, 2010 at 11 W 53rd St.
Here Tim Burton talks about the exhibition :
This new music video by Depeche Mode is so so cool. Though they’ve managed to make miniscule appearances this album in their videos, I still can dig it – except for the Hole To Feed video. Hole to Feed, which I’ve posted is just too uncomfortable to watch.
Oh Tyra Banks, this captures your true eternal glory.
Love this music video! Wanted to share, I love the horn solo at the end.

This video projection compilation is so inspiring. My personal favorite is the goldfish swimming on the sidewalk.
So sad my bebe Roger didn’t win, but you can’t win them all. I however do want to post the most amazing shot in Tennis ever.
My friend posted this talk on Facebook and I felt compelled to share. He compared the process to building an airplane in the air, which sounds about right from my campaign experiences. But what came together was a successful campaign built on consistency.

I make no bones about my current obsession with Alan Ball’s True Blood on HBO. I’m trying to figure out what I will do when the season ends, and I’m forced to return to a less than nailbiting Sunday evening. That said, I am in LOVE with the opening credits and I think it’s so brilliant that I am inspired to take up some video editing for fun. I’ve embedded the credits for your enjoyment.

Went to go see Food Inc. recently and I have to say it was an incredible movie that opened my eyes. I’ve been wanting to read The Omnivore’s Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals by Michael Pollen for a while but after reading The Jungle by Upton Sinclair I was too timid. So I went a saw the movie instead, and it was great. I am going to try to commit myself as much as possible to buying local and buying seasonal fruits/veggies/meat as much as I can.
